Online Counseling and Coaching
At this time, all services are currently offered exclusively online via a HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform. I have found online work to be as effective as in person work (with some exceptions) and believe that online work has specific benefits to you as the client, including:
- Accessibility- It doesn’t matter whether you’re traveling, in a long distance relationship, having trouble securing childcare or squeezing me in from your car, we can always have a productive session!
- Time efficiency- Time often feels like a limited resource and with online counseling/coaching, you only need to allocate the time of your session rather than the extra time it takes to fight traffic and find parking.
- Comfort- You can meet with me from the comfort of your own home!
- Convenience- When it’s this easy, there are no excuses.
*online counseling is not the best option for anyone who is experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts or struggling with alcohol or drug addiction. During our consultation we will decide together if online counseling/coaching is the best fit based on your unique situation.
